Andrew M. Garcia-Travieso is a Seattle-based professional contemporary artist with focus on drawing and painting.

Andrew Garcia-Travieso was born in New Jersey and attended Pratt MWP College of Art and Design in Utica, NY. His body of work ranges from works on paper to large oil paintings. Garcia’s work have been exhibited nationally at spaces including the Children’s Museum of Art to the Trump Soho Hotel, now known as The Dominick. He has worked with contemporary artists ranging from Domingo Zapata to Abdullah Qandeel. Andrew recently participated in the OVEREXPOSED Exhibit curated by Visionary x Legion Paper Corp, a collection of abstract art work by 39 international artists which celebrate accessibility, affordability, and inclusivity. His current body of work features large abstract oil paintings that are heavily inspired by painters of the The New York School. 

Andrew is currently a member of one of New York City’s oldest artist-run galleries at Pleiades Gallery of Contemporary Art.
